What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you submit via the contact form: name, email address, company, role, region, areas of interest, and the message itself. We also collect basic analytics data (page visits, referring domain, UTM parameters) to understand how visitors find and use the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to follow up about Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and related consulting engagements. Analytics data is aggregated and used only to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We use third-party services to deliver this site and our communications:
- Resend: to deliver contact form submissions to our team.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: to verify form submissions are not from bots.
- Google Analytics: for aggregate site usage data.
Each of these has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as we maintain a business relationship with you, or for 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. Aggregated analytics data is retained for 26 months in line with Google Analytics defaults.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@akoracloud.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
