Background
Mohsin has been working on the Microsoft collaboration stack since the
SharePoint 2007 era. The work shape has changed — on-prem farms gave way to
Microsoft 365, master pages gave way to SPFx and PCF — but the underlying
job is consistent: build the platform that makes a complex business legible to
itself, then keep it running while the business changes around it.
He founded Akora Cloud in 2014 and has run it as principal consultant since,
taking on engagements directly and through partner system integrators. The
firm specialises in long-cycle SharePoint and Power Platform work for clients
in energy, financial services, and industrial fabrication.
Practice areas
Four overlapping areas. Mohsin is the delivery lead on every engagement; there
are no handoffs between sales, architecture, and build.

Solutions Architect — Microsoft Stack
Migrated 1+ TB of SharePoint 2013 content to SharePoint Online with ShareGate. Designed and built the Wealth Report Center — a SharePoint Online distribution hub fronted by a .NET 6 C# service that monitors NAS folders, ingests reports, and uploads to SPO. Architected the Data Quality Management platform across Tableau, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Synapse. Wrote a Python + Handlebars templating tool to generate ETL configuration artifacts at scale.

DocuShare Migration Lead
Led migration of ~4 TB of legacy DocuShare content into SharePoint Online for an Ontario industrial fabricator. Defined target IA — site hierarchy, content types, taxonomy, permission model. Built custom transformation code to validate records, repair edge cases, and run phased cutovers without disrupting active document operations.

Redesigned a SharePoint Online ERP-style solution into a Dataverse platform — Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and custom PCF controls. Migrated 50+ legacy InfoPath and Nintex forms/workflows into Power Apps and Power Automate. Migrated SharePoint Online data and processes to the new platform with phased rollout and validation checks.
